What a good challenge! I hope I'll be able to pick a more song oriented tune next time  Good Luck to all! :D

Just how many "friends" will it take to create a mash?

Billy Preston, Eric Clapton, Klaus Voormann, Badfinger, Wings, Doris Troy, Mal Evans, Splinter, Mary Hopkin, Black **** Mills Band, Brute Force, Elastic Oz Band, Elephant's Memory, Chris Hodge, Hot Chocolate, James Taylor, Modern Jazz Quartet, Jackie Lomax, David Peel and the Lower East Side, Yoko Ono, Radha Krishna Temple, Ravi Shankar (with Ali Akbar Khan), Ronnie Spector, Trash,The Sundown Playboys, John Tavener, Lon and Derek Van Eaton, Attitudes, Stairsteps, Jiva, David Hentschel, Jim Keltner, The Rutles ... just to name a few

I like the selection, because it is 'musical', but this is quite a tough oneto mix and mash.......

hello. i'm new here to beatlesremixers.com, but i'm not new to the concept of remixing. i got my start by remixing various Nine Inch Nails songs over at remix.nin.com.

anyway, here is my attempt at a "WALHFMF" remix. i've mashed up The Beatles' "With a Little Help From My Friends" with Nine Inch Nails' "Capital G"

Hi, My Name Is George Martian (with an additional A) and I'm one of the members of The Sector 23 Producers, an group of multicultural mash-up/remix producers who will be releasing more musics sometime next year. In The Meantime, I made my first attempt with This Fab Four song mixed with The Flaming Lips "The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song" (note that its incomplete and it's one of my first attempts in mashup/remixing). Here's the link: http://www.zshare.net/audio/522293736273d881/

and hopefully I'll get good comments (note, I don't what download links to use so I use zSHARE in the meantime) :)

PS: Stay tuned for our website and the release of "Meet Those Producers" EP

Hi Air Raid, it's good to have some new blood in these parts, wecome.
Your mix is expertly timed, but do i detect a key clash?....it doesn't quite sit right to me. I know WALH is in E.

Wow another noob! What's going on? an invasion?!
Anyway, welcome to you too (two).

Sector 23....i think your tune would be better if you only used sections of the Flaming Lips song as backing, rather than trying to match the two songs entirely. Maybe a few more listens will help me.

you know, i listened to it again today to see what you meant and i noticed that during the verses it did clash (the chorus seemed ok though). i might try and fix the key problems and re-upload it later.

EDIT: i just checked out the multitracks for Capital G and realized that it is in E flat. I'll try and adjust this today to make the remix sound better (if i have the time).

Two here, both using the backing track of "With A Little Help From My Friends".
One was very easy, the other was tricky and probably never will be perfect....any advice accepted.

Ask Voicedude about Imagine....he used it last Christmas, and i'll have a copy too! I do have one version, but it's only good for one section, the rest is smothered in echo or something.
I'll send you the MB track as soon as i can.....not at home at the moment.

OK, here's my contribution. A bit late, I kmow.

Heard the Puerto Muerto version, and liked it, so invited Ringo to do the vocals. Nothing fancy, just a voice and a guitar.....
