I was thinking that it was going to be the Beatles vocal track on top of the Hello I Love You instrumental.

This worked out quite well. Nice job MP3J.

Listening to the Tigarah mashup now. It's very well produced, I'm just not into Tigarah-type music.

Working on my mashup for this month's Festival of Dogs. Probably won't be finished until at least Thursday.

The percussion track at the beginning is from the Brian Setzer Orchestra's version of Sing Sing Sing (With The Swing). The other piano track is from Joe Coker's version of Feeling Alright. The main theme behind the chorus is from The Allman Brothers' Southbound. In addition to various percussion that was added, there are also clips from Thomas Hampson's version of Cole Porter's Bulldog (A song for Yale's Bulldogs), A Ken-L Ration commercial from the early 70's (My Dog's Better than Your Dog), Aerosmith's Walking the Dog, and Doris Day's version of How Much Is That Doggy In The Window.

Speaking of Paulo, he hasn't posted any mashups in a while. I know he's been busy working on isolations, but I hope he hasn't been discouraged to try some more mashing.

Nice varied selections, and sticking to a theme too, well done...that probably lines up as my 2nd favourite of yours...behind the "Til There Was You" mash.

Everything bulldog-
Sure 'n it's a keeper.Makes the tigarah that much better.

Hello Bulldog-
Makes sense to me.Enjoyed it.Also your covers are a pleasure.Great intro choice.

That Bulldog Better Leave My Kitten Alone -
A super enjoyable track.Nice concoction here.Splendid placement of all-animal choir.

Bulldog Mash-I heard this at gybo.Sure is a lotta fun.Has a fine flow,& I liked the sound of the vocals.Ace work.

Hey Nigel !-An enjoyable listen.Wild vocals that add a lot.Good work on a smooth instrumental.

Here's my first entry-

Image

Atop a moving bed of Beatles' loops you'll
find some bluesy vocals from The Fog.

The Beatles visit funky town in this free-flowing re-mix with the Average White Band. Miraculously, the songs fit quite well together, and Hey Bulldog settles nicely to the groove.

Good smooth track. very original to use the Doors in this song, and it features a dog too ! The repetition lends a sort of hypnotic feel to it.

What is the meaning of the sound effects at tthe end ?

Like this better than Tigarah.... I think the original is called Everything is in your Hand. No idea what it is about, a bulldog on a lead perhaps ?

Well, as the title says, this is a reel Mash ! The piano riff is a real good find, contrasts Ok with the Bulldog riff. Perhaps you could have exploited that piano interface a bit further, would have made it hang together more. A nice listen overall !

Definitely quite funky. Love the vocals and the barking. The bulldog guitar works ok in places but sounds a bit out of tune. Overall very fun though.

No meaning at all! I just like weird sounds!

Can we keep the images to a reasonable size?...500x500 for example.
....I hate all the sideways scrolling!!

Now for something different: a rather mellow, introspective version of this rocker. And why not ?

Thanks.
